We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Credit Specialist. These roles are fast-paced and challenging positions that relies on the ability to think and react quickly, formulate creative solutions to pressing problems, and serve clients with dedication.

As a Citi Credit Representative you'll act as a guardian for Citi and our customers. You might be in a position where you will help decide which customers will manage their credit well and should be extended credit or receive an increase in their credit limit. You could take on the job of watching for red flags on accounts and talking to customers on the phone who need to know what is going on. No matter which credit representative role you take on your day will be filled with interactions with customers, colleagues, and other financial institutions.

We will teach you:
How to read and evaluate credit bureaus
Calculate debt
Determine credit worthiness
How to evaluate risk

Correspond with customers via inbound phone calls.
Review Credit Line Increase requests from clients.
Review accounts of clients to determine risk and mitigate potential credit losses.
Analyze credit bureaus, calculate financial ratios according to guidelines and make credit decisions.
Ability to follow procedures and make sound judgmental decisions against general policy or regulatory guidelines.
Resolve moderately complex situation directly with Citi Clients to ensure both Client and business requirements are met.
Strong PC skills and have the ability to navigate in multiple processing systems and interpret data and organize information.
Schedules: Hours are 12:30pm to 9:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advocate for our clients
Proven ability to exercise good judgment
Ability to communicate and support decisions
Ability to follow documented procedures
Work in dynamic team environment
PC Skills
High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience required
